CONFERENCE RULES

CONFERENCE RULES

ARTICLE VII ----- RULES OF THE CONFERENCE
SECTION 1.  All Conferences shall be at least one (1) days' duration.

SECTION 2.  Except for additional meetings as provided for in Article I, Section 4. of theBylaws, the Conference will convene each even numbered year. 

SECTION 3.  Order of business, of the Conference, shall include the following:
Call to order by Chair.

Introduction of schedule and speakers by Chair or designee

Announcement of Luncheon by Chair or designee

Announcement of Job Forum panel members by Chair or designee
Complete bid process and accept new committee members for next conference
 by Chair
Complete all relevant tasks to closing the Conference
 by Chair
Obtain duplicate copy of Treasurer's report
 by Chair
Coordinate and close the process for CEUs with CEU sponsor
 by Chair
Chair or designee Announce conference 's next location via yahoogroup and/or flyer
Acknowledge gratitude to Host committee members and vendors
 by Chair
Adjourn by Chair
