Exhibitor Info

Please be mindful that procedures and guidelines for exhibit booths vary from site to site.
In most places, booth layout and content coincide with the college or site's policies.
Booth organizers should present the professional
standards expected of exhibitors.

Often times you are limited to one (110 v) electrical outlet.

Compliance with fire, safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other state, federal or provincial government requirements will be considered or reviewed. Chemical sensitive merchandise must be pre-approved.

Host committee will not accept, or be responsible for accepting or storing, any inventory, merchandise or goods shipped to an Exhibitor.
Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from soliciting cash donations, contributions or other charity from the exhibit booth.
Sweepstakes, contests, and/or drawings from the exhibit booth/space must be pre-approved.

Requests of any kind submitted less than 30 days prior to conference date might not be honored or fulfilled. Contact Co-chair for registration form asap.
